The Royal Wedding

        It was July 29, 1981. Ecstatic crowds of people had been gathering in the streets for days. It was the day of the royal wedding. It was the day Diana would become Princess of Wales, and a day of national celebration. Hundreds of millions of people watched as Diana stepped of of her carriage in a long ivory gown. It was a modern day fairy tail and one of the biggest media events of the 20th century. At the end of the ceremony the newlyweds walked out of St. Paul's Cathedral as Prince Charles and Princess Diana of Wales.

        However everything was not perfect. Charles had previous relations with Camilla Bowles a former girlfriend and almost-fiance and still had feelings for her. This caused much jealousy and sadness to Diana. The Prince also seemed to neglect Diana on their honeymoon, preferring to fish rather than spend time with his new wife. It was hardly the honeymoon that Diana expected
